Yes we do! We operate reduced hours on weekends to ensure our hardworking team gets their well-earned rest and family time, But this is nothing to worry about, we will still have you covered!
For any weekend service requests, simply fill out our online quote form or give us a call and we'll get you sorted. If your job falls outside of our standard hours, reach out to our team directly and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
Unfortunately we are unable to work in wet weather due to a number of safety and quality factors. However this is nothing to worry about. As soon as there is a break in the weather or a dry day becomes available, your booking is automatically rescheduled in order of the original booking date. You won't lose your place in the queue!
No problem at all, We understand that life happens! We send out a reminder 24 hours before your scheduled job to give you plenty of notice.
Please note that if a cancellation is made within this 24 hour period, a 50% cancellation fee will apply. However, if you choose to reschedule rather than cancel, this fee will not be charged. We'll simply lock in a new time that works for you.
Once you're booked in, our crew will complete your job and provide before and after photos along with a condition report for your peace of mind.
We'll then send your invoice directly to you via text message or email, which can be paid at your convenience. We also accept payment over the phone if you prefer.
If none of these options suit you, simply let our staff know and we'll work something out that fits your needs.
Yes! We are fully insured for all work carried out across both residential and commercial properties, so you can have complete confidence in every job we do.
All of our staff are also police checked for your peace of mind. Documentation is available to genuine clients upon request. Simply email our office at admin@ejpropertymaintenance.com.au and we'll be happy to assist.

We are a highly skilled team and while everyone can have an off day, we stand firmly behind our work and our promise to you. Where needed, we are happy to return to your property the same day to make things right. Because that's the standard we hold ourselves to.
Our bond cleans are thorough, detailed and designed to meet real estate standards — giving you the best chance of getting your full bond back.
Kitchen Deep Clean Full oven clean inside and out, stovetop, rangehood and splashback, cupboards and cabinetry inside and out, benchtops and sinks, dishwasher if accessible, and all surfaces sanitised and detailed.
Bathroom Deep Clean Shower, bath and tiles including grout, full toilet sanitisation, vanity, mirrors and sinks, exhaust fans cleaned, and all surfaces disinfected.
All Rooms Deep Clean Vacuuming and mopping throughout, skirting boards wiped, light switches and power points cleaned, built-in wardrobes inside and out, and general dusting and detailing.
Windows & Glass All internal and external glass cleaned, plus window sills, tracks and frames detailed.
Additional Areas Ceiling fans cleaned, air conditioners externally cleaned, and cobweb removal throughout.

Wall and ceiling full clean for heavily marked surfaces
Please Note Walls receive a light clean as standard. Heavily soiled walls or ceilings will require the full clean add-on. Dishwasher cleaning is included where applicable.
