How do I get a quote?

Getting a quote is easy! Simply fill out our online enquiry form and we'll have your quote back to you within 24 hours.
For urgent jobs, give us a call directly and we'll get your quote sorted as quickly as possible so we can get you booked in without delay.

What areas do you service?

We are based in Hillcrest and proudly service a wide range of locations including Logan, Ipswich, Brisbane, Redlands and the Gold Coast.
We also travel to areas outside of these regions upon request. Simply reach out to our team and we'll put together a personalised quote for you.

Question 3

Do you work weekends?

Accepted Answer

Yes we do! We operate reduced hours on weekends to ensure our hardworking team gets their well-earned rest and family time, But this is nothing to worry about, we will still have you covered!
For any weekend service requests, simply fill out our online quote form or give us a call and we'll get you sorted. If your job falls outside of our standard hours, reach out to our team directly and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

Question 4

What if I'm not home on the scheduled day?

Accepted Answer

Not a worry at all! Upon request, we are happy to access your property while you're away. Once the job is complete, we'll lock up securely and send you before and after photos along with a condition report — so you can see exactly what was done and have complete peace of mind.

Question 5

What happens if it rains on my scheduled day?

Accepted Answer

Unfortunately we are unable to work in wet weather due to a number of safety and quality factors. However this is nothing to worry about. As soon as there is a break in the weather or a dry day becomes available, your booking is automatically rescheduled in order of the original booking date. You won't lose your place in the queue!

What If I need to reschedule?

No problem at all, We understand that life happens! We send out a reminder 24 hours before your scheduled job to give you plenty of notice.
Please note that if a cancellation is made within this 24 hour period, a 50% cancellation fee will apply. However, if you choose to reschedule rather than cancel, this fee will not be charged. We'll simply lock in a new time that works for you.

How do I pay?

Once you're booked in, our crew will complete your job and provide before and after photos along with a condition report for your peace of mind.
We'll then send your invoice directly to you via text message or email, which can be paid at your convenience. We also accept payment over the phone if you prefer.
If none of these options suit you, simply let our staff know and we'll work something out that fits your needs.

Do you have insurance for residential and commercial properties?

Yes! We are fully insured for all work carried out across both residential and commercial properties, so you can have complete confidence in every job we do.
All of our staff are also police checked for your peace of mind. Documentation is available to genuine clients upon request. Simply email our office at admin@ejpropertymaintenance.com.au and we'll be happy to assist.

What if I'm not happy with the job?

At EJ Property Maintenance, customer satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do. If for any reason you are not completely happy with the result, please contact us as soon as possible and we will get it resolved for you straight away.
We are a highly skilled team and while everyone can have an off day, we stand firmly behind our work and our promise to you. Where needed, we are happy to return to your property the same day to make things right. Because that's the standard we hold ourselves to.

What's included in a bond clean / end of lease clean?

Our bond cleans are thorough, detailed and designed to meet real estate standards — giving you the best chance of getting your full bond back.
Kitchen Deep Clean Full oven clean inside and out, stovetop, rangehood and splashback, cupboards and cabinetry inside and out, benchtops and sinks, dishwasher if accessible, and all surfaces sanitised and detailed.
Bathroom Deep Clean Shower, bath and tiles including grout, full toilet sanitisation, vanity, mirrors and sinks, exhaust fans cleaned, and all surfaces disinfected.
All Rooms Deep Clean Vacuuming and mopping throughout, skirting boards wiped, light switches and power points cleaned, built-in wardrobes inside and out, and general dusting and detailing.
Windows & Glass All internal and external glass cleaned, plus window sills, tracks and frames detailed.
Additional Areas Ceiling fans cleaned, air conditioners externally cleaned, and cobweb removal throughout.
